Victim-session script execution via unencoded error message

Reflected XSS in WeGIA before 3.2.8 allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser through a crafted msg_e URL. The listar_permissoes.php endpoint reads msg_e from the query string and places it into an HTML error alert without output encoding, so supplied markup becomes executable browser content. Exploitation requires a victim to open the crafted URL; successful script runs in that victim's WeGIA browser context and can act with the victim's accessible session.
