Authenticated code execution via unrestricted PHAR upload
Published Jan 7, 2025 · Updated Jan 8, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in WeGIA before 3.2.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through a crafted PHAR file. The controla_xlsx.php endpoint retains an attacker-supplied extension and moves the file into the web-accessible tabelas directory without enforcing a safe type. A valid low-privilege session is required, and requesting the stored file executes code with the web server user's privileges.
