I/O failure via truncated folio offset

Integer overflow in the Linux kernel block layer allows local users to interrupt I/O when processing a folio larger than 4 GB. bio_add_folio_nofail stores the folio offset in an unsigned int, truncating values beyond 4 GB before setting the bio vector offset. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an architecture configured for very large folios; the bounded consequence is I/O failure rather than data disclosure or modification.
