Kernel memory disclosure via off-by-one VNIC access

Out-of-bounds reads in affected Linux 6.12 through 6.14 bnxt releases allow local users to disclose kernel memory or crash the system. The bnxt_queue_start() and bnxt_queue_stop() loops use an inclusive upper bound, dereferencing vnic_info[nr_vnics] one element beyond the allocated array. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and bnxt queue-reset operations; the read can expose kernel data or interrupt the host.
