Network transmission interruption via unmasked descriptor count

Improper descriptor handling in Linux 6.4 through 6.14.1 allows remote attackers to interrupt network transmission via packet bursts. The bnxt_en transmit path writes an unmasked SKB fragment count into the five-bit TX BD bd_cnt field, so 32 is not encoded as zero and corrupts the descriptor. Reachability requires a bnxt_en forwarding host built with an elevated CONFIG_MAX_SKB_FRAGS value; triggering the flaw causes a TX timeout.
