Kernel crash via IPvlan L3S teardown race

A NULL pointer dereference in Linux IPvlan L3S teardown allows local users to crash the kernel during concurrent packet receipt. The l3mdev_l3_rcv() path retains a master device after checking its flags, while ipvlan_l3s_unregister() can clear that device's l3mdev_ops pointer before the receive path dereferences it. Triggering the race requires local access with authority to delete an L3S IPvlan interface while traffic reaches its master; the resulting NULL dereference interrupts the host.
