Kernel crash via unchecked DMUB service pointer

NULL pointer dereference in AMD display support in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the kernel through cursor updates. should_use_dmub_lock returns true without confirming ctx->dmub_srv exists on ASICs lacking DMUB, so dmub_hw_lock_mgr_cmd dereferences the null pointer. A low-privileged user with access to AMD DRM cursor ioctls can trigger a kernel oops that interrupts the host.
