Availability loss via unterminated debugfs stack buffer

Improper null termination in affected Linux kernel branches allows local users to cause availability loss through an IIO debugfs register file. iio_backend_debugfs_write_reg() fills a fixed-size stack buffer from user input and passes it to sscanf() without appending a null terminator. The path is mode 0600 and requires root or CAP_SYS_ADMIN; published sources identify availability impact but do not specify a demonstrated crash mode.
