Admin-triggered service interruption via stranded CIFS sockets

Use-after-free in affected Linux CIFS client releases allows local users to interrupt service during reconnects after mounting a share. The reconnect path revives a kernel TCP socket without retaining its network namespace, while tcp_close() clears timers and can leave a lost-FIN connection stuck in FIN_WAIT_1. Triggering the path requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN and a peer that aborts after its FIN is lost; affected ranges include 6.6.68 through 6.6.87, 6.12.7 through 6.12.24, and 6.13 through 6.14.3.
