Local filesystem disruption via missing shutdown checks

Improper shutdown handling in Linux exFAT allows local users to continue file operations after removing a mounted backing device. The exFAT read_iter, write_iter, splice_read, and mmap paths omit the shutdown-state check, so requests proceed instead of returning an error after shutdown. Reachability requires local ability to remove an in-use device, and the resulting condition affects availability without reported data disclosure or modification.
