Local link-query denial via undersized VF messages

Denial of service in the Linux kernel's rtnetlink component allows local users to interrupt link-information queries via netlink. rtnl_getlink allocates an ifinfo message without reserving space for supported VF port and node GUID attributes, so numerous GUIDs exceed the size calculation. Triggering the warning requires local low-privileged access and a device configured with many SR-IOV virtual functions; the observed consequence is link-query failure rather than a system crash.
