Service interruption via leaked SPU context reference

Memory leak in Linux kernel SPUFS allows local users to interrupt service through failed affinity-context creation. In spufs_create_context, the failure path after spufs_mkdir retains the neighbor reference instead of calling put_spu_context. Reachability requires a PowerPC Cell system, write access to mounted SPUFS, an affinity request, and a directory-creation failure.
