Kernel crash via recursive driver removal during reboot

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux idpf driver allows local users to crash the kernel during reboot when SR-IOV is enabled. idpf_shutdown() calls idpf_remove(), which disables virtual functions and recursively invokes idpf_remove() after the first call has cleared the adapter pointer. Reaching the fault requires root or CAP_SYS_ADMIN in the initial user namespace to enable SR-IOV and CAP_SYS_BOOT to reboot the host.
