Service interruption via dormant-table hook rollback

Improper hook cleanup in the Linux kernel allows local users to interrupt service through a crafted nftables chain update. In nf_tables_updchain, an error after updating a dormant table sets the unregister flag even though no netdev hook was registered, so rollback calls __nf_unregister_net_hook on an unregistered hook. Exploitation requires local low-privilege access able to send nftables netlink updates; the observed result is a kernel warning and availability loss, without reported data access or modification.
