Availability loss via incorrect offloaded queue identifier

Improper queue identification in the Linux 6.14 Airoha Ethernet driver allows local users to interrupt service during HTB deletion. airoha_tc_get_htb_get_leaf_queue reports the channel index as the queue identifier instead of adding the transmit-ring offset, so qdisc teardown targets the wrong queue and triggers a kernel warning. Exploitation requires CAP_NET_ADMIN in the initial network namespace and traffic-control access to a physical Airoha device; the demonstrated consequence is an availability failure during qdisc removal.
