Stored script execution via unsanitized permission names
Published Mar 11, 2025 · Updated Mar 11, 2025
Stored XSS in aitangbao springboot-manager 3.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in an administrator's browser. The /manager/sys/permission endpoint stores the name field without adequate neutralization, and the menu view renders injected HTML event handlers as active content. An authenticated user with menu-permission access must submit the payload, and another user must open the affected menu for the script to run in that user's session.
