Kernel crash via stale cached destination counters

Denial of service in affected Linux kernel releases allows local users to crash the kernel during cached network destination teardown. The dst_release function fails to invalidate cached destinations and decrement their counters before network-namespace teardown, leaving later destruction to touch freed counter storage. Reachability requires CONFIG_DST_CACHE and Open vSwitch tunnels; the documented consequence is a kernel paging fault and service interruption.
