Kernel service interruption via post-disconnect NULL dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Agilent USB GPIB driver in Linux allows local users to trigger a kernel Oops after device disconnection. The driver clears bus_interface during disconnect, but later interface entry points derive usb_dev from that NULL pointer without first rejecting the request. Reaching the fault requires local driver access and an Agilent USB dongle that is disconnected before another driver call; the Oops interrupts service and can panic the host when panic-on-oops is enabled.
