Kernel panic via missing usbnet teardown check

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux usbnet driver allows local users to trigger a kernel panic during receive completion. The race occurs because usb_submit_urb omits the usbnet_going_away check, allowing URB submission to succeed after SKB queuing fails. Reaching the flaw requires local low-privileged access and the affected USB-network receive and teardown path; impact is limited to a host crash.
