Stored XSS via unescaped cookie banner content

Stored XSS in Moove Agency GDPR Cookie Compliance 4.15.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts in visitors' browsers. The Cookie Banner Content setting stores administrator-supplied HTML without sufficient sanitization and renders it on front-end pages without adequate escaping. Administrator access and either WordPress Multisite or a disabled unfiltered_html capability are required, and execution occurs when a visitor without prior cookie consent loads a page.
