Kernel crash via uninitialized mt7921 station link

NULL pointer dereference in the mt76 mt7921 driver in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the kernel during receive processing. The mt792x_rx_get_wcid function dereferences a deflink structure that was not initialized with its station context. The condition requires low-privileged local access and an active MediaTek MT7921 device; the bounded consequence is a kernel panic.
