Service interruption via invalid stream-stop call

Improper stream-state handling in the Linux kernel VIMC driver allows local users to interrupt service through video streaming. During pipeline termination, vimc_streamer_pipeline_terminate() calls an entity's .s_stream() stop operation even when that entity was never successfully started. Reachability requires local access to a VIMC video device and a pipeline initialization that stops after only some entities start.
