Local data destruction via unchecked subvolume ioctl

Authorization bypass in Linux bcachefs allows local users to destroy other users’ subvolumes through a filesystem ioctl. bch2_ioctl_subvolume_destroy() omits inode_permission() checks, while bch2_evict_subvolume_inodes() incorrectly prunes the dcache and leaves stale inodes. Any local user with an open descriptor and path-search permission on a mounted bcachefs filesystem can delete protected data or hang later deletion and unmount operations until reboot.
