System lock-ups via false SMMU coherency declaration

Improper locking in the Linux kernel 6.13 allows local users to cause system lock-ups or resets on affected SDM845/850 devices. The sdm845 device tree marks apps_smmu as DMA-coherent, causing the driver to use coherent page-table walks even when device firmware lacks the required support. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and affected firmware; the documented consequence is an availability-only lock-up or reset.
