Local CPU hang via unyielding RDMA loops

Denial of service in the Linux kernel RDMA/HNS driver allows local users to hang a CPU through a very large memory-region registration. HNS RoCE buffer-page allocation and mapping routines iterate excessively without yielding the processor, and the watchdog reports a soft lockup. Reachability requires local access to an HNS RoCE device and permission to register a memory region large enough to cross the roughly 100GB scheduling threshold.
