System crash via premature DMA interrupt registration

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.12.14 through 6.12.20 and 6.13.3 through 6.13.8 allows local users to crash the system. The am65-cpsw driver registers TX or RX DMA interrupts before installing their NAPI callbacks, so traffic can invoke a callback through a NULL pointer. The flaw requires a TI AM65 CPSW interface using the affected driver and traffic during the registration race; the resulting kernel fault interrupts host availability.
