System crash via unterminated UCAN firmware string

Out-of-bounds read in the UCAN USB-CAN driver in Linux allows local users to crash the system through a malformed firmware string. The ucan_get_fw_str path passes a non-NUL-terminated USB response to strscpy with a destination size one byte larger than the source, causing a one-byte read past the buffer while checking for truncation. Exploitation requires local access and a UCAN USB-CAN adapter that returns a full-length unterminated firmware string; the documented consequence is availability loss rather than data access or modification.
