System crash via missing display callback

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernel builds allows local users to crash PCs during AMDGPU display driver loading. The dce60_tg_funcs table omits the is_two_pixels_per_container callback, and display initialization calls through the resulting NULL function pointer. Reachability requires an older AMD GPU and AMDGPU loading with amdgpu.dc=1; dereferencing the missing callback interrupts the entire host.
