Kernel memory corruption via misinitialized bio clone

Affected Linux kernel dm-flakey releases allow local users to corrupt kernel memory by writing to a configured target. The clone_bio function passes the original bio's inline vector array to bio_init instead of the clone's array, causing cloned write vectors to overwrite adjacent slab memory. Reachability requires a preconfigured corrupt_bio_byte target and local write access; corruption can panic the kernel or enable kernel-code execution.
