Kernel crash via next scatterlist dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux qla1280 allows local users to crash the kernel by exercising SCSI I/O in an affected debug build. When s is the final entry, qla1280_64bit_start_scsi debug logging passes the NULL result of sg_next(s) to sg_dma_len() instead of reading the current entry. The path requires DEBUG_QLA1280 and ql_debug_level above 2; triggering it causes an oops and service interruption, not data disclosure or modification.
