Local system crash via unchecked Bluetooth allocation

A null-pointer dereference in Linux kernel Bluetooth allows local users to crash the system by triggering remote-name processing. The mgmt_remote_name() path dereferences an allocation result from mgmt_alloc_skb() without checking whether the allocation returned null. A low-privileged local user must reach Bluetooth management remote-name handling; successful exploitation interrupts the host without reported data disclosure or modification.
