Local denial of service via premature transport-offset access

An availability flaw in the idpf driver in Linux 6.7 through 6.14-rc4 allows local users to interrupt service through receive processing. idpf_rx_rsc() calculates a TCP checksum length with skb_transport_offset() before establishing the transport header, triggering a kernel warning. The documented symptom requires CONFIG_DEBUG_NET; systems configured to panic on warnings can crash or reboot when it fires.
