Local privilege escalation via unprotected RCU traversal

Use-after-free in affected Linux kernels allows local users to read or write kernel memory or crash the system through perf events. During perf_event_exec(), perf_iterate_ctx() walks an RCU-managed perf-event list without a read-side lock, allowing a concurrently closed event to be dereferenced after release. An ordinary local user can race execve() against perf_event_open() and close() on same-UID processes to escalate privileges or panic the kernel.
