Kernel read and write via vport QoS use-after-free

Use-after-free in Linux 6.13 through 6.13.5 allows local users with delegated CAP_NET_ADMIN to read and write kernel memory. On an enable error, mlx5_esw_qos_vport_enable() leaves the vport scheduling-node pointer set instead of freeing the node and resetting the pointer to NULL. Reachability requires mlx5 VF or SF QoS configuration access; a later rate operation or teardown can corrupt kernel memory, disrupt adapter traffic, or panic the host.
