Local system crash via stale userptr rebind

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel Xe driver allows local users to crash affected systems during GPU userptr rebinding. xe_vm_userptr_pin treats EFAULT as nonfatal, leaving an unpopulated userptr VMA on the preempt_rebind_work_func list for a later bind operation. Low-privileged local access and an Intel Xe GPU workload that encounters EFAULT during a retried pin are required; the reported consequence is availability loss.
