Kernel crash via unlocked USB interface claim

Race condition in Linux kernel 6.11 before 6.12.13 and 6.13 before 6.13.2 allows local users to crash the kernel. The btusb_mtk_claim_iso_intf path calls usb_driver_claim_interface outside probe without locking the USB interface device, allowing driver claim and runtime power-management teardown to race. A local low-privileged user with access to MediaTek Bluetooth power controls or writable usbfs can trigger stale-pointer reads and writes, a NULL dereference, and a kernel panic where panic-on-oops is enabled.
