System hang via PSR1 hardware lock manager

Denial of service in the Linux kernel's AMD Display driver allows local users to hang systems configured with two eDP panels. The PSR1 path in dmub_hw_lock_mgr.c uses the DMUB hardware lock manager introduced by a reverted commit; upstream links that change to the hang but does not disclose the precise locking failure. The issue requires low-privileged local access and a dual-eDP AMD display configuration, and its reported consequence is loss of availability rather than data access or modification.
