Application crash via wrapped caption buffer capacity

Integer overflow in ZVBI 0.2.43 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash applications processing crafted simulated captions. In vbi_capture_sim_load_caption, unsigned b->capacity + 256 can wrap before extend_buffer reallocates the caption buffer, enabling later writes to overflow the heap. The path is network-reachable without privileges or user interaction, and NIST bounds the assessed consequence to service interruption.
