Kernel crash via unsafe RAID stripe key update

Denial of service in Linux 6.6.130 through 6.7 allows local users to crash the kernel through Btrfs RAID stripe-tree operations. The partial RAID-extent deletion path uses btrfs_set_item_key_safe() to rewrite a stripe-extent key, which can violate tree ordering and trigger its BUG check. Exploitation requires local access and an affected Btrfs RAID stripe-tree; the root cause of the ordering corruption remains undisclosed.
