Kernel memory disclosure via overflowing DPE bounds check

Out-of-bounds read in the ipheth USB networking driver in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to read kernel memory. The DPE length check in drivers/net/usb/ipheth.c adds the untrusted wDatagramIndex and wDatagramLength values before comparing the sum with the received buffer length, so 16-bit wraparound can accept an out-of-range datagram. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and can expose kernel memory or interrupt the host through a kernel fault.
