Kernel memory disclosure and crash via NDP16 offset

An out-of-bounds read in the ipheth USB network driver in Linux allows local users to read kernel memory via a crafted NDP16 header. The receive path trusted NTH16's wNdpIndex after checking only the NDP16 start, allowing the fixed-length header to extend beyond the URB. Reachability requires ipheth processing of USB-network data from a connected iOS device; successful exploitation exposes memory or interrupts the host.
