Local service interruption via ROSE timer overflow

Integer overflow in Linux kernel ROSE socket options allows local users to interrupt service by supplying oversized timer values. The rose_setsockopt function multiplies the user-controlled opt value by HZ, and by 60 times HZ for ROSE_IDLE, without first enforcing safe upper bounds. A low-privileged local account and an available ROSE socket are required; the published impact is limited to service availability.
