Local system crash via serdev initialization race

A serdev race in Linux kernel 6.10 through 6.12.10 and 6.13 release candidates allows local users to crash affected tablets. yt2_1380_fc_serdev_probe opens the serdev device before installing client operations, so receive_buf can dereference a null serdev->ops pointer after SERPORT_ACTIVE is set. Low-privileged local access and the affected Lenovo tablet's fast-charger hardware are required, and the demonstrated consequence is a kernel crash.
