Kernel panic via hard-coded MGBE stream ID

Denial of service in the Linux kernel allows remote attackers to cause softirq stalls and kernel panics through Tegra MGBE traffic. The dwmac-tegra driver writes MGBE0's hard-coded IOMMU stream ID to every controller's MGBE_WRAP_AXI_ASID0_CTRL register instead of reading each controller's device-tree SID. Reachability requires an NVIDIA Tegra platform using an MGBE controller other than MGBE0; traffic to that interface drives DMA with the wrong SID and can stall or panic the host.
