Kernel memory disclosure or crash via BAR overrun

Out-of-bounds BAR access in affected Linux hns3 drivers allows local users to disclose memory or crash the kernel through an ethtool register dump. hclge_fetch_pf_reg reuses one BAR mapping across both TQP segments instead of each queue's initialized io_base, so queues above index 1023 access unmapped space. The path requires CAP_NET_ADMIN and an HNS3 PF with at least 1,024 TQPs; triggering it can expose kernel memory and halt the host.
