Service interruption via oversized conntrack resize

Excessive memory allocation in Linux kernel netfilter conntrack allows local users to interrupt service by resizing its hash table. The resize path accepts a size above INT_MAX and passes the oversized request to __kvmalloc_node_noprof without __GFP_NOWARN, triggering WARN_ON_ONCE. Only a user able to resize the table from the initial network namespace can reach the condition, and the documented consequence is availability loss.
