Cross-site scripting in 37signals Trix before 2.1.12 allows remote attackers to run JavaScript through a crafted link URL. ToolbarController.setAttribute accepts a javascript: href from the link dialog without validating it as a safe anchor attribute. Exploitation requires a user to enter the URL and activate the resulting link, exposing data available in the user's session.
