Improper access control in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools 9.2.0.0 through 9.2.9.2 allows remote authenticated users to read and alter data. Oracle identifies Web Runtime SEC as the affected component but has not published the request handler or access-control operation that mishandles untrusted input. Exploitation requires low-privileged HTTP access and interaction by another person; it exposes a subset of data and permits some updates, inserts, or deletions.
