Reflected XSS via unencoded history path segments

Reflected XSS in Oracle OpenGrok 1.13.25 allows remote attackers to execute browser script through crafted history path segments. The /history endpoint inserts decoded request-path content into generated HTML without context-appropriate encoding. A victim must follow a crafted link; script runs in the OpenGrok origin and can read displayed source or act through the victim's browser.
