Unauthenticated reading and alteration of safety data
Published Jan 21, 2025 · Updated Feb 4, 2025
Incorrect authorization in Oracle Argus Safety 8.2.3 allows remote attackers to read and alter some safety data through the Login component. Oracle identifies HTTP access but has not published the request, parameter, or authorization check that mishandles untrusted input. Exploitation requires another person to interact, and successful attacks can affect data in additional products without interrupting service.
